Future Business Leaders Who Serve Christ

Subiaco Academy’s Leadership Lab is a bold reimagining of what it means to prepare young men for life beyond high school. Designed especially for upperclassmen, this program integrates Christian ethics, entrepreneurial thinking, and real-world experience that equips students to lead with purpose, integrity, and practical skills.

Through partnerships with industry leaders, career mentors, and postsecondary institutions, our Leadership Lab bridges the classroom and the workforce, helping students discover who they are, what they value, and how they want to serve.

Stackable, Portable, and Purposeful Experience

Whether a student plans to attend a four-year university or enter the workforce directly after high school, our Leadership Lab provides meaningful, transferable experiences that build confidence and momentum for the future.

Faith Meets The Workplace

Leadership Lab challenges students to explore how Catholic values of ethics, stewardship, humility inform careers in science, business, the arts, and public service. With support from alums, partners, Benedictine faculty and monastic staff, seniors examine questions of purpose, morality, and decision-making in professional life.

Capstone Experience
