Q: What is your role at Subiaco, and how long have you been part of the community?
A: This is my second year at Subiaco. I teach theology for seventh, ninth, 10th, and 11th grades, teaching six classes of theology. I'm also the head tennis coach.

Q: What does a typical day look like for you?
A: Ideally, I try to start my day by attending morning Mass. My classes begin with prayer, and I spend most of my day teaching, lecturing, and discussing the Catholic faith with students from diverse backgrounds. After classes, I coach tennis, currently preparing our team for the state tournament.

Q: What part of the Academy's mission resonates most with you?
A: My goal is to help as many souls get to heaven as possible. I have a special responsibility in the theology department to not just teach the faith, but to provide students with tools to live out their faith and help them grow into adults who can follow their true vocation.

Q: What's your favorite spot on campus?
A: The inner courtyard. It's beautiful and central to our mission, surrounded by the church, the monks, and our classrooms. My classroom actually faces the inner courtyard, which I love.

Q: What's been your most rewarding experience recently?
A: I have had about eight students recently inquire about joining the Catholic Church. It is incredibly rewarding to see students interested in exploring their faith, especially on those days when you wonder if you're making a difference.

Q: What advice would you give to families considering Subiaco?
A: Subiaco offers a unique spiritual experience. The proximity to the Benedictine monks and opportunities like attending Vespers create an unparalleled educational environment. The spiritual component here is truly special and unlike any other school.

Q: Any final thoughts?
A: Please pray for me as I continue to guide and support these young men in their spiritual journey.
